As the seasons is approaching, I am often reminded of the people who’ve touched our lives in some unforgettable ways. My dear and precious aunt was terminally ill which devastated us and really affected our lives and routine. Caring for her became such a huge assignment as everyone was afraid of hurting her. Karlene I believe was the lady assigned to care for auntie. OMG! Were we pleased! She was professional, upbeat and knowledgeable. She provided excellent, compassionate, caring and most importantly attentive care . Overall excellent quality care imaginable!
